Beauty Industry Group is seeking a DTC/B2B Director to own and grow BELLAMI’s eCommerce and direct-to-stylist B2B channel. The role reports to the VP of eCommerce and partners with Growth teams to drive revenue with promotions, site optimization, and brand storytelling.
Base salary starts at $150K+ with a 10% annual bonus potential. Hybrid schedule requires onsite presence at Culver City office on Tue–Thu.
