Director of Dining Services — School Nutrition Leader

Flik Independent School Dining, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Director of Dining Services for Archbishop Mitty High School to lead all dining operations, including student dining, catering, and special events, while ensuring outstanding service, safety, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of senior food-service management, a Bachelor’s degree, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification is preferred.
