Director of Digital Health Strategy

To support the growth of Patiently, the full-time salaried Director of Digital Health Strategy will drive performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention by translating business strategy into measurable commercial priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the commercial operating plan to ensure performance aligns with revenue and P&L goals Develop and maintain a prioritized experimentation roadmap to drive growth and optimize performance Serve as a senior commercial counterpart to various teams, creating alignment and driving decisions across competing priorities Required qualifications 7-12+ years of experience in commercial strategy, growth, or related roles in a consumer-oriented business Demonstrated accountability for revenue, growth, and P&L performance Strong understanding of digital consumer-growth fundamentals, including CAC, LTV, and cohort economics Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across various business functions Exceptional analytical ability with a proven track record of translating data into prioritized actions
