To drive growth in digital commerce, the full-time Director of Digital Commerce will own channel strategies across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and influencer-led commerce while collaborating with various teams to enhance performance and scalability in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Own channel strategy and growth plans for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and direct-to-consumer e-commerce Lead Amazon strategy and P&L, focusing on advertising, listing optimization, and performance reporting Develop and execute social-commerce initiatives and manage creator partnerships to drive sales growth Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in D2C, digital commerce, or growth marketing Direct hands-on experience managing Amazon and TikTok Shop Proven track record of executing influencer partnership programs with measurable results Experience in managing sales forecasts, budgets, and channel growth plans Background in prestige beauty or luxury skincare is strongly preferred
