Responsibilities
- define and execute DevOps strategies
- champion CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and observability
- oversee multi-cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure using Terraform
- lead container orchestration with ECS/EKS
- evaluate AI-powered tools
- partner with cross-functional teams including security, application, and architecture teams
- mentor a global DevOps team
- track engineering metrics and foster continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering
- 2+ years managing Agile engineering teams
- strong cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Linux/Unix experience
- proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability tools
