Director of Development for Madison House — Major Gifts Lead

University of Virginia is seeking a Director of Development for Madison House within External Relations. The role leads frontline fundraising, building a major-gift portfolio and coordinating with UVA leadership, alumni, and volunteers to advance student-led public service initiatives.

Hybrid work arrangement is offered with in-person duties on UVA Grounds and at Madison House; travel is required to engage donors and partners nationwide.
