Leading the data strategy for marketing operations, the full-time remote Director of Data Strategy will manage the product roadmap for the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and real-time data infrastructure, enabling personalization and revenue acceleration across various marketing tools. Key responsibilities Own the roadmap for CDP, identity resolution, and data enrichment to support marketing operations at scale Lead the expansion of identity graph and ensure data quality as a competitive advantage impacting campaign performance Architect privacy and compliance frameworks while setting data integration standards for IT and Data Engineering teams Required qualifications Experience leading data strategy or MarTech operations in a B2B SaaS environment Proven ability to manage product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively Fluency in modern GTM stacks including CDP, CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms Understanding of identity resolution challenges and experience in implementing data governance frameworks Comfortable engaging with C-level leaders, IT architects, and data engineers
