Balances strategic platform leadership with hands‑on technical execution, including direct work inside the Databricks environment

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Deep hands‑on experience in Databricks, including architecture, governance, implementation, and platform management
Experience standing up or modernizing enterprise data platforms in complex, multi‑system environments
Strong understanding of data architecture, transformation lifecycles, medallion architecture, and platform connectivity
Ability to enable AI use cases through a well‑structured, scalable data foundation
Background in HVAC, field services, PE‑backed platforms, multi‑site businesses, or other service‑based industries would be highly valuable
