To lead enterprise Data, Analytics, AI, and Databricks practices, the full-time remote Director of Data & AI will manage large-scale transformation programs, ensure delivery excellence, and build strategic relationships with executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for Data & AI transformation programs and ensure delivery excellence across engagements Act as the primary contact for client delivery leadership, managing expectations and aligning initiatives with business objectives Lead enterprise Databricks implementations and design scalable Data Lakehouse architectures to support AI and analytics workloads Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or Enterprise Architecture Minimum 7+ years leading enterprise Data & AI programs with a strong track record in Databricks-based transformations Experience building Data & AI practices or Centers of Excellence Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and manage global teams Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
