Director of Data & AI Platforms

Tomo, a digital mortgage company, is seeking a hands-on data leader to own data end-to-end and build out the function. In this director-level role, you'll inherit a mature platform, lead a small team, and partner with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate questions into measurement and models.

You’ll write SQL, build dbt models, and work in notebooks while shaping the data strategy, pipelines, and infrastructure to scale.
