Director of Customer Training & Enablement

ICON builds robotic systems that transform construction. The Director, Customer Training & Enablement will create ICON's end‑to‑end training program, turning complex engineering knowledge into scalable curriculum for operators running large‑scale 3D printing in the field.

You will lead curriculum, hands‑on training operations, and a credentialing platform, reporting to the Customer Success leader within Technology Operations and building a team beneath it.
