Leading complex research and advisory engagements for major utility clients, the full-time remote Director of Customer Energy Solutions will manage strategic client relationships, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure project delivery aligns with company objectives and quality standards. Key responsibilities Lead large-scale research, evaluation, and advisory projects, ensuring clear accountability across teams Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and anticipating strategic needs Direct project managers and technical staff while overseeing financial performance and championing business development opportunities Required qualifications Approximately 9+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent readiness for Director-level responsibilities An advanced degree in social sciences, engineering, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experience Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including research design and data analysis Demonstrated success in managing large consulting engagements and delivering high-quality work for major clients Proven experience in developing client relationships and contributing to strategic proposals and business development
