Director of Credentialing & Enrollment Ops (Remote)

Headlight Health is seeking a Director of Credentialing to lead our credentialing operations for a growing clinician workforce across markets. You will manage end-to-end credentialing, ensure payer/regulatory compliance, and scale systems to support rapid company growth in a remote/hybrid setting.

You will oversee a team, develop policies aligned with NCQA/CMS guidelines, manage payer enrollment, and build dashboards to monitor performance and risk.
