Director of Creative Strategy

Leading a team of strategists, the full-time remote Director of Creative Strategy will shape the strategy function to drive creative excellence, partnering with executive customers and internal leaders to address complex business challenges through insight-driven creativity. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Creative Strategy team to foster high performance and continuous growth Define the vision, standards, and operating model for Strategy across the organization Partner with senior customer stakeholders to solve complex business challenges and strengthen long-term relationships Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategy within creative, advertising, branding, or digital agencies Proven experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer insights Experience building strategic frameworks and scalable methodologies Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
