Berea College is seeking a Director of Counseling Services to lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals in Berea, Kentucky. This primarily onsite leadership role manages clinical services, crisis response, prevention, and student success for about 1,500 undergraduates.
You will report to the Vice President for Student Life, maintain an active clinical caseload, and collaborate across campus with Public Safety, Residence Life, and community partners.
