Leading a specialized team, the full-time Director of Contract Operations will oversee the financial execution, validation, and auditing of commercial and government payer contracts in a remote capacity, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing rebate claims and payer disputes. Key Responsibilities Oversee validation processes for all rebate claims and manage timely payment processing Optimize revenue leakage by identifying overpayments and leading dispute management frameworks Direct external audit programs to verify compliance with contractual agreements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration Advanced credentials such as an MBA, CPA, CIA, or MS in Finance preferred 8+ years of experience in pharma contract operations or revenue compliance 4+ years of leadership experience managing financial operations teams
