To drive strategic enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Consulting Growth will co-design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for the global Kyndryl Consultant Profession, aligning learning paths with business objectives and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance consultant capabilities. Key responsibilities Co-design and own the enablement strategy for the global KCP community, ensuring alignment with Consult Growth priorities and market needs Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI tools to modernize consultant learning and preparation Translate high-level strategies into structured program plans, tracking success metrics and maintaining operational rigor across enablement rollouts Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in business strategy consulting or a related field Direct experience leading sales enablement or go-to-market programs within a consulting organization Proven ability to build business cases and roadmaps for modern enablement platforms and AI tools Background in business analytics, linking enablement initiatives to commercial KPIs Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
