  • Commercial and multifamily project experience
  • Strong preconstruction background
  • Ability to work in Phoenix daily

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engaged during pursuit, this leader shapes delivery strategy, supports estimate and contract reviews, establishes the program baseline before mOur Clientlization, and remains accountable through execution and closeout
  • Be the program's single point of accountability for safety, financial performance, schedule, customer outcomes, and team effectiveness
  • Lead delivery strategy from pursuit through closeout, including estimate and contract reviews, baseline development, mOur Clientlization readiness, execution, commissioning and start-up, and lessons learned
