Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of projects within a defined regional market.
- Lead and support data center campus teams, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to project goals.
- Manage project execution, including schedules, budgets, and quality assurance across multiple job sites.
- Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, margin preservation, and cash flow management.
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and mentor project managers and superintendents, identifying and cultivating future leaders.
- Standardize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project controls and outcomes.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
- Monitor job site activities, perform quality control, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular project health assessments and participate in strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 15+ years of construction experience, including Division 2-10 (concrete to finished trade).
- Minimum 3 years of data center project experience required.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and leading diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
- Experience with Yardi, Procore, CxAlloy, and Prolog preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
