Director of Community Relations
Compass on the Bay is looking to add an experienced and self‑motivated Director of Community Relations who will oversee all sales and outreach activities required to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move‑in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy.
Schedule
Full Time salaried role: Monday–Friday, business hours with rotating manager‑on‑duty weekend rotation.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
Pay & Benefits
Annual salary starting at $75,000–$80,000 based on work experience, plus bonus structure.

What Will You Be Doing?
Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Plan and conduct presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs.
Ensure a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move‑in process.
Position Compass on the Bay as a leader in the Assisted Living industry, educating the greater community on the aging process and enabling families to find a supportive home environment that focuses on Resident Quality of Life.
