Allouez Senior Living seeks a Community Relations Director to drive occupancy through strategic marketing and by cultivating strong relationships with potential residents and families, while promoting the brand.

Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, coordinating events, conducting tours, tracking performance, and supporting move-ins with the Executive Director, to maintain a welcoming environment and high occupancy.
