This position will work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for community involvement and develop programs to increase engagement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in community engagement or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
- Experience developing and managing budgets
- Ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of community engagement programs
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in community engagement
