To drive commercial performance and profitability, the full-time remote Director of Commercial Analytics will manage strategic initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to uncover opportunities in account productivity, pricing effectiveness, and sales force performance while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. Key responsibilities Develop and lead a comprehensive performance analytics strategy for Builder and Distributor channels Identify and recommend actions to improve revenue growth, gross margins, and commercial team effectiveness Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to drive accountability and informed decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or related disciplines, including team leadership Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar analytics platforms Proven ability to communicate complex findings to executive leadership and influence decisions Strong customer-back mindset with a focus on driving sales growth
