To support the continued growth of a Coding, Audit, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle Management consulting practice, the fully remote Director of Coding Compliance will provide strategic leadership across client engagements, focusing on coding compliance, revenue cycle operations, and risk adjustment while mentoring teams and driving business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic oversight for coding, audit, compliance, and revenue cycle engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients Lead and advise on RCM initiatives, including coding, billing, audit, and revenue integrity, ensuring compliance with CMS and payer requirements Mentor and develop Managers, Auditors, and consulting staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment Required Qualifications 8+ years of healthcare industry experience with proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare operations Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding, as well as E/M documentation guidelines Credentials such as CPC, CPMA, and CRC are required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred Demonstrated expertise in HCC/risk adjustment coding and documentation Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with a strong focus on quality and compliance
