Remote Full Time Management & Operations

A rapidly growing, ultra-exclusive private club is seeking a hands-on Director of Club Operations to lead daily functions at its premier facility in the Greater Phoenix area. This individual will oversee all aspects of the club's ground-game execution, including clubhouse hospitality, front-of-house member services, luxury vehicle storage/concierge services, and track operations workflows, while serving as a key operational partner to ownership.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished, hospitality-driven operational leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, formalizing processes, and creating an empowered, five-star service culture for an ultra-high-net-worth clientele. For the right individual, the role offers a clear and exciting path to becoming the company's General Manager.

  • Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year (with a 10% variance available for exceptional candidates).
  • Bonus: Structure to be co-developed with leadership for 2027, with the potential to tie incentives directly to new member acquisitions.
  • Health Coverage: 100% employer-covered premium for single individuals, 50% covered for families, plus full Dental & Vision options.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) : 2–4 weeks, open to negotiation (with the expectation that longer blocks are utilized during the summer off-season).
  • Relocation : Local candidates are strongly preferred; no relocation assistance package is available for this role.

Location & Schedule

  • On-Site Requirement : Located at a remote, private facility 45 minutes South of Phoenix.
  • Schedule : Wednesday through Sunday. The individual must be highly comfortable working full weekends during the peak season (October through April/May), though required late nights are very limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational readiness, efficiency, and meticulous attention to detail across the clubhouse, front-of-house member services, concierge services, and high-end vehicle storage/vault operations.
  • Partner directly with track operations, safety, and driving teams to ensure operational readiness and seamless daily workflows.
  • Serve as a highly visible, polished club ambassador to cultivate lasting relationships with a member base of nearly 300 UHNW individuals, guests, and VIPs.
  • Create and maintain an internal culture centered on hospitality, service excellence, and member satisfaction.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to elevate the overall member experience and develop programs that increase participation and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a combined full‑time and part‑time operations team of 17–18 employees, guiding the team toward a structured, empowered, and professional hospitality culture.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards while recruiting, training, and retaining high‑performing employees.
  • Oversee the ground‑game execution and operational delivery of curated member events, race weekends, hospitality experiences, and special programs.
  • Partner closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver operationally excellent, financially successful corporate events, private rentals, brand activations, and luxury OEM manufacturer partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes, and collaborate with leadership to launch revenue‑generating programs and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in private clubs, luxury hospitality, five‑star resorts, or high‑end experiential lifestyle businesses.
  • Proven comfort, presence, and familiarity interacting with ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and celebrities, balanced with the ability to lead, respect, and communicate seamlessly with hourly personnel without coming across as condescending.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with a background in membership‑based operations, scheduling, and the execution of high‑tier hospitality programs.
  • A distinct blend of executive presence, high emotional intelligence, and an entrepreneurial “builder” mentality.
  • Prior background or functional exposure to food and beverage operations is highly preferred.
  • Background in membership‑based organizations or high‑end automotive/motorsports club environments.
  • Excellent conflict resolution, high emotional intelligence, and a strong bias for action.

If you are a polished leader, a culture builder, and an operational expert who thrives in a dynamic, high‑end entrepreneurial environment, we would love to hear from you.
