Director of Clinical Talent Strategy

To build and lead an enterprise-wide approach to clinical talent management, the full-time Director of Clinical Talent Strategy will design and execute a unified talent strategy, strengthen internal pipelines, and influence external talent acquisition while operating in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Design and implement a cohesive clinical talent strategy that integrates recruiting, development, and retention efforts Establish enterprise standards for clinical talent reviews and enhance visibility of high-potential talent across the organization Develop governance structures for clinical talent initiatives and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes Required qualifications Experience in consulting, operations, HR, or a hybrid role with a focus on enterprise-level strategy or transformation initiatives Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and drive change effectively Strong project and program management skills across multiple workstreams Executive communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for stakeholder engagement Healthcare or clinical experience is a plus, but not required
