Director of Clinical Imaging Services

To support a growing healthcare system, the full-time salaried Director of Clinical Imaging Services will coordinate imaging operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage staff and budgets in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Coordinates system-wide imaging functions, focusing on compliance, strategic planning, and cost reduction initiatives Implements and oversees a Quality Assurance Program to maintain high standards of patient care Manages human resources responsibilities including staff development, performance evaluations, and budget recommendations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field At least 7 years of experience in a large radiology department, including 3 years in a management role Knowledge of various imaging modalities and healthcare administration principles Experience with financial management and human resource issues in a healthcare setting Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills
