As a Director of Client Services you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and the lives of our clients. We are seeking a seasoned and passionate professional to lead our team in delivering exceptional client service, driving operational excellence, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client service strategies to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Lead a team of client service coordinators, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of client concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and other care organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of client services, including care planning, scheduling, and billing
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, in home healthcare
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing client service strategies
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
