Director of Client Operations & Risk

Lockton in Atlanta seeks a Director of Operations to partner with the Practice Leader, lead the team, and act as first chair Account Executive. This role translates risk and loss profiles into program design and loss-prevention strategies, building trusted advisor relationships with clients, producers, and associates.

You will drive account strategy, oversee renewal negotiations with carriers, onboard new clients, and establish key reporting metrics.
