Director of Client Experience Strategy

HDR is seeking a Client Experience Director to lead enterprise-wide client experience across the organization. You will translate client insights into meaningful action, drive governance, and foster a client-centered culture to differentiate HDR in the marketplace.

Based in an in-office role, you will partner with business groups, operations, marketing, project delivery, and client service to embed client-focused practices, strengthen relationships, and improve outcomes.
