Director of Client Experience & Growth

HDR is seeking a Client Experience Director to lead the enterprise‑wide client experience strategy, strengthening client relationships and outcomes across HDR’s business groups and locations. Based in an established HDR location in the US, this in‑office role requires 15+ years in A/E/C, a relevant degree, and a track record of guiding cross‑functional programs.
