Director of Claims - Self-Funded (Hybrid Leader)

Amwins is seeking a Director of Claims to lead operational and strategic efforts within the Amwins Self-Funded Claims Department. This in-office role offers the flexibility of working from home up to two days per week after training.

You will drive client service, staff development, and continuous improvement, partnering with senior leadership to set priorities and improve efficiency across claims operations. A strong background in group benefits and regulatory knowledge is essential.
