Driving the strategy for communications and change management, the full-time remote Director of Change Management will enable successful execution of transformational initiatives by fostering leadership engagement, stakeholder awareness, and organizational readiness. Key responsibilities Collaborates with leadership to develop and implement change management strategies that align with enterprise transformation efforts Leads change management activities across multiple functions, ensuring sustained change and effective execution of transformational initiatives Drives the creation of end-to-end communications and best practices to support organizational change and development Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, organizational development, communications, or a related field required Master's Degree preferred 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in change management required 5+ years of project management or communications experience, or a combination of both required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
