Director of Central Operations

Leading three interconnected programs focused on resident financial experiences, the full-time Director of Central Operations will manage collections outcomes, quality, and support processes while working in a hybrid remote environment. Key Responsibilities Set operating strategy and roadmap for Resident Performance, Default, and Housing Choice Voucher programs, aligning with enterprise goals Own the KPI framework to drive performance management and deliver actionable insights through performance reporting Lead, coach, and develop a multi-layer organization, fostering a performance culture and ensuring effective workforce planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Eight or more years of progressive operations experience, with at least four years in leadership roles Demonstrated ownership of collections, receivables, or comparable financial operations at scale Strong analytical capability with a proven track record of using data to drive measurable improvements Experience building KPI frameworks and operational controls from the ground up
