Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee case management, discharge planning, and utilization review functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and healthcare system standards
- Lead strategic planning, policy development, and departmental operations
- Monitor and improve departmental performance and outcomes
- Manage resources effectively and support staff development
- Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to clinical and administrative teams
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (Montana or upon acceptance)
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume case management program (hospital or clinic setting)
- Master's Degree in Nursing, MBA, or related field
- Advanced leadership experience in case management within a hospital setting
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, EMR systems, and healthcare applications
- No holiday coverage required
- No 1099 option (W2 only)
- No bonuses or relocation/mileage reimbursement listed
