Director of Capital Construction Delivery

Metra’s Capital Delivery Department seeks a Director to lead large-scale bridge, track, station, and yard facilities construction projects across the 6-county region. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, schedules, and change orders, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The role requires extensive engineering/construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, officials, and internal teams.
