Director of Business Management

• Drive strategic projects on Aladdin, our Order Management System
• Manage the relationship with Aladdin for Columbia Threadneedle Investments
• Operational oversight of the structure of Aladdin access and permissions across the organization
• Proactively self-identify new projects of this nature
• Attend and contribute on Executive meetings
• Continually look to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and workflow across investments as they relate to Aladdin

Requirements

• Aladdin knowledge or alternative OMS system knowledge
• Asset Management experience
• Experience of working with third party providers
• Experience of systems user access protocols
• An understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivative investments
• Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
