The Role:

As Director of Business Development, you will play a key role in shaping the company\'s growth strategy while developing and strengthening relationships with General Contractors and key industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving new business opportunities and sustainable revenue growth
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors across the South East
• Developing and executing long-term market growth strategies
• Leading and mentoring preconstruction teams
• Identifying and influencing project opportunities across multiple commercial construction sectors
• Representing the business at executive and industry levels
• Supporting the development of a robust and sustainable project pipeline

Candidate Profile:

• Building Envelope
• Other commercial construction sectors with strong General Contractor relationships

Requirements:
