Responsibilities
- Lead strategic market expansion and new revenue growth.
- Build and manage high-value relationships with medical device OEMs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, PM, Sales & Marketing.
- Shape long-term commercial strategy alongside the CCO and leadership team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in BD within medical device contract manufacturing.
- Deep expertise in medical injection molding & Class II/III single-use and electromechanical devices.
- Established network of senior-level industry decision-makers.
- A consultative, results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding targets.
