Our client is a rapidly growing medical device contract design and manufacturing organization seeking a new US business development leader.
This is a senior commercial leadership seat reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, built for someone who can both open doors at the highest levels of MedTech and run the commercial engine behind them.

What the client is looking for:
Established relationships with Top 20 MedTech OEMs and a track record of developing long-term programs, not one-off wins
Demonstrated, proven sales results in the medical device or contract manufacturing space
Command of commercial analytics and metrics as they apply to commercial operations
Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with the discretion to handle highly sensitive information
5 to 10 years across sales, commercial, and account leadership, bachelor's degree preferred
