Director of Business Development

Wingate Living is seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Business Development Director to represent our senior living community in Kingston, Massachusetts. This is an outreach-focused role for a motivated healthcare professional who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and developing strategic partnerships that drive admissions and strengthen our presence throughout the South Shore.

As the Business Development Director, you will serve as the primary liaison for Wingate Living Campus at Silver Lake. You'll spend your time in the field cultivating relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other referral sources to increase admissions and expand Wingate Living's referral network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other referral partners.
• Conduct in-person sales calls and community outreach throughout the South Shore market.
• Generate qualified referrals and achieve admissions and census goals.
• Educate referral partners on Wingate Living's skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and specialty clinical services.
• Represent Wingate at networking events, healthcare organizations, and community functions.
• Collaborate with the Admissions, Clinical, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless patient transitions.
• Track referral activity, identify market opportunities, and implement strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales, outreach, or business development experience.
• Demonstrated success building referral relationships and growing business.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the South Shore.
