Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence within targeted sectors.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade associations, and networking functions.
• Travel as needed to support client development and project pursuits.

Requirements

• Proven success in construction business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Experience building relationships that lead to new project opportunities.
• Commercially minded with strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining actively involved in winning work.
