Responsibilities
- Drive business development strategy aligned with the firm’s growth goals
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and project opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, public agencies, and industry partners
- Lead and support pursuits, RFQs/RFPs, interviews, and presentations
- Collaborate with principals, studio leaders, and marketing to position the firm competitively
- Represent the firm at industry events and within the Kansas City AEC community
- Track pipeline activity and report on BD performance and forecasting
