Director of Business & People Operations

Sagora, Elison Independent & Assisted Living of Maplewood in West Virginia, seeks a Business Director to oversee accounting, HR, and business-office functions for the Maplewood community, in coordination with the Executive Director.

This role leads AP/AR, payroll, budgeting, and staff administration, while partnering with Home Office teams to ensure smooth operations and residents-first service across independent, assisted, and memory care settings.
