Seeking a proactive and AI-forward Director of BIM Technology in a full-time remote role, who will manage BIM standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and drive digital delivery and automation initiatives to enhance project outcomes. Key responsibilities Own and maintain firmwide BIM standards, templates, and governance processes Develop and implement BIM-specific quality assurance methodologies and conduct audits Translate production challenges into business requirements for automation tools and establish sustainable workflows Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM, VDC, or digital delivery roles Expert-level proficiency in Revit and experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to BIM Experience developing and enforcing BIM execution plans across multiple projects Proven automation literacy through tools like Dynamo and Revit API workflows
