Director of Behavioral Services (ABA) Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate clinical teams to ensure quality service delivery and staff development.
- Supervise behavior analysts and direct care staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Oversee the design and implementation of ABA programs tailored to children with autism.
- Manage staff caseloads, clinical reports, and program quality metrics.
- Represent the organization at community events and professional collaborations.
Director of Behavioral Services (ABA) Qualifications:
- Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, or related field.
- BCBA certification required.
- At least two years of experience implementing ABA interventions with children with autism.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in ABA program management.
- Proven proficiency with assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLS.
