Key responsibilities Lead the Baby Gear product development roadmap and innovation pipeline Oversee product development from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and quality objectives Manage and develop a high-performing global product development team across the U.S. and Hong Kong Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred Significant product development leadership experience within juvenile products, consumer products, or similar categories Strong engineering background with expertise in product mechanisms and manufacturing solutions Proven success in leading products from concept through launch Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners and global development teams is highly desirable
