Director of Assessment & Analytics

University of Oregon seeks a Director of Assessment to lead the division’s assessment efforts and advance student life priorities. The role serves as the division’s primary expert on assessment, developing strategies, tools, and training to translate findings into actionable improvements.

The position manages day-to-day operations of the assessment office, including budget oversight and coordination with Institutional Research and other campus partners.
