Director of AR Strategy

Transforming complex accounts receivable challenges into data-driven operational solutions, the full-time remote Director of AR Strategy will manage large datasets, conduct in-depth analyses, and drive actionable strategies while collaborating with clients and internal teams. Key responsibilities Own complex AR investigations and operational functions from initial inquiry to resolution and monitoring Analyze large datasets to identify trends in AR, denial, claims rejection, and reimbursement Prepare client-specific AR performance reviews and lead internal and client meetings on behalf of AR leadership Required qualifications Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly in professional billing or physician revenue cycle operations Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, denial management, and claims processing Proven ability to analyze complex operational and financial datasets and identify root causes Working proficiency in SQL for data access and querying is strongly preferred Demonstrated project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
