Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time salaried Director of Animal Safety Operations will advance safe, reliable, and high-performing operations across the Animal Safety manufacturing network while driving business growth and product quality in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Animal Safety manufacturing strategy, translating business priorities into operational plans and accountability mechanisms Lead operational performance across safety, quality, service, and productivity while enhancing standardized operating systems Drive continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing principles and effective performance management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Natural Science, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline At least eight years of progressive manufacturing or operations leadership experience Demonstrated experience leading across multiple functions and aligning diverse stakeholders Proven success in leading operational change initiatives and implementing improvement systems Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with operational budgets and resource allocation
